The Karlin St. Patrick Riva al Mare Executive Estate & Club (nicknamed "Riva" and/or "Karlin Castle") is certainly the largest residential building on the campus, and was designed and functions as an executive residence. Located on the East Campus on the Queen Mary's block, this voluminous estate exceeds 128 sq. ft. in floor space. While the interior is not photographed publicly, it is even higher quality that the other buildings on the campus and is predominantly furnished with Bespaq and JBM miniatures as well as other items from private artisans that are unique in their design and rare in their availability, if not one-of-a-kind. The home is accentuated with gold corbels throughout its interior and exterior and features bronzed resin statutes of St. Patrick and Medusa, as well as additional bronze and solid brass figurines on the interior.
