413 Stonewall Ave. (nicknamed "Karlin Tower") is situated on the east part of the campus on the Holland-Sheppard block of the UniverCity and is cleverly built from recycled office furniture. It houses the UniverCity's executive offices including The Office of the Secretary-General and The Office of the Chancellor. It also serves as a Homeland Security outpost as well as a residential building as it has 2 large penthouses with 2 terraces located at the apex, an additional penthouse on its facade, as well as a parking garage and a maintenance garage on the lower levels. There is also a bistro located on one of the terraces called "Burtnick's". It is the second tallest building in the UniverCity, second only to Charlotte-Southe, standing at nearly eight (8) feet in height.
