As certified by the Director of the Maryland State Department of Assessments and Taxation, Castle, Sayyad, & Knightliesch Associates, LLC, dba. Dälhaus UniverCity is a Maryland Limited Liability Company (LLC) that has filed its Articles of Organization and further certifies that a true public record of such action is documented with the State of Maryland Department of Assessments and Taxation.

The UniverCity's key infrastructure, including its architectural simulations, are officially staged in Dover, Delaware, however.
